There have been questions as to whether or not the public will be able to be at Chautauqua when Ms. Hunter accepts her award on Monday night. The answer is a resounding YES!
Monday night's show (July 26) is actually a Community Appreciation Night at the Chautauqua Institution and tickets are half price at $18 each, which can be purchased at the Main Gate Welcome Center. The evening gate ticket lets a person onto the Chautauqua grounds between 4 p.m. and midnight and also acts as a ticket to the evening performance at the amphitheater. There is also a $7.25 per vehicle parking fee. The performance at which Ms. Hunter will be honored begins at 8:15 p.m. and many of our Summer Dance Experience students will be in attendance!
